The unrefined milk thistle oil offered by our company is obtained by cold pressing seeds of milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.). The selection of the highest quality raw material, in addition to the latest pressing technology, is the key to success. Mature, shiny and optimally developed – this is the best raw material for pressing such valuable oil. Low discharge temperature (not exceeding 40ºC) allows to keep the most important active substances in this oil.

Milk thistle oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fat (80 g / 100 g). In addition, it contains natural plant sterols (β-Sitosterol 38% and Δ7-Stigmasterol 22%).

Linoleic acid (LA) and plant sterols / plant stanols help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs in the case of:
* consumption of 10 g LA per day;
* consuming at least 0.8 g plant sterols / plant stanols per day.
Maintaining proper health requires balanced nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Application and recommended intake:
Daily recommended dose: 12 g (3 teaspoons = 13 ml)

Cold. For adults to supplement the diet with polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Milk thistle oil is a delicate, rather neutral-tasting oil. So it won’t dominate the taste of salad or food. Due to the fact that it is a 100% natural product, the intensity of the taste, color and aroma of oil may have varying intensity in individual batches of the product
