A quick dinner on Sunday afternoon. For me, two in one, i.e. cooking potatoes and fish at the same time. Not only simple but also saves a lot of time. Already now you can buy new potatoes in stores, but it’s a pity that they are not Polish (in my opinion Polish are the best). Remember always choose the ones with the thinnest skin. We do not peel the potato, only lightly brush it. After cooking and straining, we should wait a bit for the potatoes to cool down.
The color of cold pressed pumpkin seed oil is dark green with intense reddish reflections, it has a mild, fruity and sometimes nutty taste and aroma (highly valued) , which depends on the batch of raw material used.
Remember: Pumpkin seed oil cold pressed is not resistant to high temperatures, so we do not recommend pouring hot dishes on it. You will lose part of its beneficial ingredients, because they are not resistant and have elevated temperatures. Pumpkin oil introduces a pumpkin-nut flavor. Cold pressed tastes different, it is intensely pumpkin, while oil pressed from roasted stones is more nutty and not very pumpkin. The latter lost some of its beneficial ingredients during roasting at high temperatures.
– Fresh salmon (about 120 g per serving)
– 1-2 teaspoons of Ol’Vita pumpkin seed oil
– 2 handfuls of mixed lettuce + lamb’s lettuce ½ handful

A method of preparing:
Wash potatoes, if they have a thin skin, do not peel, just brush with a brush. We pour boiling water over them and boil in water with a small teaspoon of salt, at this time over steamed potatoes we cook salmon sprinkled with lemon juice. At this time, we prepare lettuce, add lamb’s lettuce, also sprinkle with lemon juice. Arrange the potatoes, salmon and lettuce on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, pour the pumpkin seed oil.
